Food, customs, documentation, labelling and traceability requirements are checked with competent professionals. Each party’s role and responsibilities are made explicit.
COMMERCIAL FRAMEWORK
Price depends on the lot, quantity, packaging and delivery arrangements. The offer specifies the agreed Incoterm and named place, together with responsibilities for transport, insurance and formalities. Payment terms are agreed separately between the parties.
