Selection at origin, a common quality framework and supply coordination.
Organising access to Anamur.
Our supply chain is being developed. It aims to bring growers together around shared criteria and centralise supply preparation. Partners, capacities and services are confirmed for each transaction. The illustrations tell the story of the fruit’s journey.
Five coordinated stages.
From grower selection to the buyer’s receiving arrangements.
01 · Selected growers
Quality, consistency, farming practices, traceability and supply capacity guide grower assessment. Cultivar and growing method are documented, alongside the information needed to assess compatibility with the intended market.
02 · The Anamur Premium standard
The Anamur Premium standard rests on a common specification to be defined for the transaction: quality, size grade, harvest maturity, ripeness, uniformity, packing and documentation. Several growers may contribute once their lots have been validated. This specification framework is not a certification.
03 · Availability and volumes
Availability is matched to the purchasing rhythm and specifications. Contributions from several farms may be assessed to improve visibility and limit dependence on a single grower, subject to seasonality and confirmed capacities. Lot preparation and packing follow agreed criteria.
04 · Preparation and logistics coordination
Anamur Premium coordinates preparation, packing and documentation with specialist partners. Refrigerated transport, preservation conditions, applicable insurance and formalities are assessed with the relevant operators according to the route and receiving arrangements.
05 · European markets
The supply chain is intended for importers, ripeners, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and foodservice operators. Quantity, condition and ripeness are assessed on receipt against agreed criteria. Responsibilities, discrepancy reporting and any ripening arrangements are defined before shipment.
Keeping fruit and documents connected.
Lot identification should allow the bananas received to be matched with the specifications and documents supplied. Required checks and available supporting records are agreed with the parties involved.
One point of contact to coordinate access to Anamur.
Anamur Premium centralises coordination. Growers, packers, carriers and importers retain their respective roles; services and each party’s commitments are defined in the transaction agreements.
